Open source programs are free. Basically a lot of talented developers get together and build a program that the public can use for free. I am not allowed to sell these programs, nor will I. I want to advise you that they are free for you to use, download and see if you can try to install. Zen-Cart.com is one of my favorites.

If you are unable to install, customize and configure that shoppingcart which also acts as a standalone website, I can help you. My labor is $100 for the entire installation labor time because it will literally take me about 20 hours to install it, configure it and build 5 original templates for your site. You will be able to, at the touch of a button, change the look of your website based on a season, like Christmas, or a season. I work with Photoshop and give you original templates that I never give to any other business. So getting paid $5 an hour for my time is something I will do for my small business clients. I can also install open source classifieds that are like Craigslist clones. If you want to run your own classfiieds site, I can do that installation for $50.

There is no really good auction open source website, but if you buy a php auction program that uses a database, I can install it for you for $100.
